Sous Chef – Required for September 2018
We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our in-house team for the start of the new academic year.
The Sous Chef will prepare, assemble and cook all menu dishes, providing an excellent food service for the school ensuring high standards of hygiene are maintained. The Sous Chef will supervise the catering team in the absence of the Chef Manager.
The position is for 40 hours per week, 35 weeks per year to include early, mid, late shifts and weekends.
